When will my order be shipped?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location in India.

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we proudly ship across all regions of India using our reliable logistic partners.

How do I track my order?

What if my package is delayed or not delivered?

In rare cases of delay, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. Investigations may take up to 14 days. We appreciate your patience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments via secure payment gateways.

My payment failed. What should I do?

If your payment fails but the amount is debited, it is typically refunded automatically to your source account within 7 business days.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Currently, only Partial COD is available.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 2 business days of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video at support@ittrum.com or call ‪+91-7977296494‬ (Mon–Fri, 11 AM – 6 PM).

Are trial sizes or decants returnable?

No, trial sizes and decants (20ML) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Can I return used perfumes?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or used.

Who pays for return shipping?

If a return is approved (in rare cases like damage), the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our address.

Will I get a full refund?

If approved, refunds are made to the original payment source, minus a 2.5% payment gateway fee. Refunds may take up to 7 business days after approval.

Can I test a fragrance before buying a full bottle?

Yes! We offer trial and decant sizes (6ML) so you can try a fragrance before committing to a full-size bottle.

Are samples returnable or refundable?

No, samples/decants are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unopened.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. To cancel, email support@ittrum.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Why was my order cancelled by Ittrum?

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability, Pricing or listing errors, Quality control issues, Failed verification or suspected fraudulent activity. Any cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment source.
