Start with the Explorer Kit. For ₹399 you get all seven Original Creations in 6ml bottles, so you can wear each one for a few days before you pick a full bottle.

Five are for him: Agnirath, Taarosh, Ashtak, Nirvash and Arkaj. Two are for her: Nakshatra and Astra.

Each Original is built around an energy. Agnirath and Arkaj are Fire (bold and warm), Ashtak and Nirvash are Water (fresh and aquatic), Taarosh is Earth and Aether (grounded, with vetiver and patchouli), and Nakshatra and Astra are our celestial feminine scents.

Every Inspired product page has a “When to Wear” line showing the best seasons and whether it suits day or night. Fresh scents like Hawa, Hawa Ice and Profumo are marked for daytime and warm weather. Warmer ones like Qawah, Tobacco & Vanilla and Omb Leather are marked for nights and cold evenings.

Each product page lists the top, heart and base notes, so you know exactly what's inside before you buy.

The Explorer Kit is our gift set: seven fragrances in one box. Solid perfumes at ₹299 are a smaller, pocket-size option.

Every Original comes in 50ml and 30ml. The 30ml bottle is ₹899, and the current 50ml price is shown on each product page.

Every Inspired fragrance is a 50ml Eau de Parfum.

Yes. Agnirath, Taarosh, Ashtak, Nirvash, Arkaj, Nakshatra and Astra are all available as solids, with the same notes as the Extrait de Parfum.

Our kids' range (Cotton Candy, Strawberry Blast, Vanilla, Citronella, Eucalyptus and Bug Buster, a natural mosquito repellent) is made with beeswax and jojoba oil. Most use cold-pressed essential oils, and Cotton Candy uses natural aroma oils.

Original Creations are our own seven scents, made as Extrait de Parfum in 50ml and 30ml. Inspired fragrances are 50ml Eau de Parfum versions of some of the world's most-loved perfumes.

It names the famous fragrance we based that scent on. For example, ADORE is inspired by Dior J'adore and BR 540 by Baccarat Rouge 540.

We picked the top 25 best-sellers on Fragrantica and recreated each one to match the original by 90–95%.

It's the most concentrated style of perfume, with more perfume oil than an Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum. All seven Original Creations are Extraits de Parfum.

We use IFRA-compliant oils from the UAE and Europe, blended in grain-based SD-40B perfumer's alcohol.

Our scents are crafted in India, in collaboration with perfumers from Europe, and we ship from Mumbai.

Every formula follows IFRA, the international fragrance safety standard.

It depends on your skin type, the weather and how you apply it. Each Original's product page lists its own projection, sillage and longevity. Agnirath, for example, lists 8–10 hours on skin and 12–14 hours on clothes.

They're Extraits de Parfum, which carry more perfume oil than Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum.

Rub a little on your wrist or neck. The tin is small enough to carry, so you can top up through the day.

Solids are ₹299 each and get cheaper as you add more: 2 for ₹499, 3 for ₹649, 4 for ₹799, 5 for ₹899 and 6 for ₹999.

Shipping is free on orders over ₹899.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are in India.

Yes, we deliver anywhere in India through trusted courier partners.

You'll get tracking updates once your order ships.

Partial COD is available at checkout, so you pay only a part upfront.

Credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, all through secure payment gateways.

Perfumes can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. 6ml samples and decants are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Tell us within 2 business days of delivery at ittrum.india@gmail.com or +91-7977296494 (Mon–Fri, 11 AM – 6 PM IST). An unboxing video, recorded from the sealed package onwards, is compulsory to claim. Once approved, we'll replace it or refund you.

We do. If your item arrives damaged, ittrum pays the return shipping. Just remember the unboxing video is compulsory to claim it.

Refunds go to your original payment method, minus a 2.5% payment gateway charge.

Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. Email ittrum.india@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason.

Yes, an invoice is generated and sent with your order. For special GST invoice requests, email ittrum.india@gmail.com.

Contact us and we'll open an investigation with the courier partner. Investigations can take up to 14 days.

Failed or cancelled online payments are refunded automatically to your original payment method within 7 working days.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there's a pricing or listing error, it fails a quality check, or verification fails. Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.

Couriers make up to 2 delivery attempts. If both fail, the parcel goes back to us, and the return and reshipping cost is yours if it was due to you being unavailable.
