If your order is delayed beyond expected timelines, we will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve it promptly.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address

• Couriers will make up to 2 delivery attempts

• If unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to origin (RTO)

📌 In case of RTO due to customer unavailability, the return cost + reshipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
