📩 How to Request a Return / Replacement

To help us assist you quickly, please:

1️⃣ Record a clear unboxing video from sealed package to product shown
2️⃣ Inform us within 2 business days of delivery

📝 Refund Policy

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• 2.5% deduction applies (payment gateway charges)
• In case of failed/cancelled online payments, refunds automatically process within 7 working days

• 6ml Samples/Decants are non-returnable & non-refundable
• Notification must be given within 2 business days for eligibility
• Returns sent without approval may not be accepted
