We accept returns for damaged or defective deliveries.
To apply for a replacement/refund:
1️⃣ Provide a full unboxing video from sealed pack to product
2️⃣ Inform us within 2 business days of delivery
3️⃣ Our team will verify and assist quickly
If confirmed:
✔ Replacement sent or refund issued
✔ Return shipping covered by us
✔ Refund to original payment method
✔ 2.5% payment gateway deduction may apply

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing us.
We may cancel an order if:
